Frequently asked questions

Does VERON need the internet to work?

No. VERON runs fully offline on your computer — you can bill all day with no connection. Internet is only used to back up your data and to power the owner's mobile app on the paid plans.

Does VERON work for a liquor shop?

Yes. The Liquor Shop edition is a fast counter built around stock: every bottle sold updates the stock for its brand and size, and opening, received, sales and closing are kept date by date. It leaves out tables and the kitchen, which a bottle shop does not need, and is sold on the Pro and Max plans.

Is there a free trial?

No — VERON is sold as a monthly licence, with no trial period. If you would like to see the software before buying, get in touch and we will be happy to show you.

How is the licence delivered?

Instantly. The licence is digital and activates inside the app the moment your payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.

Will I be charged automatically every month?

No. There is no auto-renewal and we do not store your card. Your licence simply expires at the end of the 30 days unless you choose to pay again.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your business data lives on your own computer. On the cloud plans it is also backed up to secure storage, scoped privately to your shop. We never sell your data.

Can I run more than one billing counter?

Yes — the Max plan runs unlimited billing counters in one shop, so several tills can bill at once and share the same live data. Each account covers a single shop; a second shop needs its own account and licence.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a VERON licence, you agree to the following terms.

The licence

  • A VERON licence is valid for 30 days from the date of payment and unlocks the software for one shop.
  • The licence is delivered digitally and activates inside the application immediately after payment. Nothing is shipped.
  • Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are charged per month, per shop.

Acceptable use

  • The software is licensed to you for use in your own business. You may not resell, redistribute or reverse-engineer it.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your own backups of your business records.

Liability

  • VERON is provided on an “as-is” basis. We are not liable for business losses arising from misuse, hardware failure, or loss of your own device or data.

  • Because the licence is delivered digitally and activates immediately, payments are non-refundable once the licence has been issued.
  • Duplicate or erroneous charges are refunded in full, within 5–7 working days of being reported to us.
  • There is no auto-renewal and no card is stored. Your licence simply expires at the end of the 30 days — so there is nothing to cancel.

We collect only what is needed to provide the software and process your payment.

  • Account details (name, email, phone) are used to create and support your account.
  • Your business data is stored on your own computer. On paid plans it is also backed up to secure cloud storage, scoped privately to your outlet.
  • Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card or bank details on our systems.
  • We do not sell your data to anyone.
